Accounts Assistant required for a 12 month contract based in Coventry. You will be responsible for processing sales invoices, credit control, posting and allocating payments. You will also look after the payables side, processing purchase invoices, matching, dealing with queries and making payments including subcontractor payments. Other duties include managing expenses and bank reconciliation. This is a varied role and you will be solely responsible for the day to day running of the accounts department so experience in a similar role is essential, as is Sage experience. You will be a confident communicator, used to dealing with customers, suppliers, external bodies and other internal departments to resolve queries.
