Salary £20,000 - £25,000 (dependant on experience) Hours 9:00am - 5:30pm (Monday to Friday) Our client is looking for a Management Accounts Assistant to work in their Kettering office. This is an excellent opportunity to work for a growing company, in a role which offers progression and career development.
Responsibilities:
To assist the Management accounts team with the production of periodic management reports as required including KPI analysis, providing commentary where necessary in order to provide accurate and relevant information to clients To provide support for the development of budgets and forecasts as appropriate to ensure good quality up to date information is available to clients To respond promptly to client communications and queries when requested in order to assist with the building of good client relationships and customer service To assist in the development of internal efficiencies to enable the team to produce client management accounts in a timely and efficient way To carry out analytical projects when required and provide ad hoc analyst support to the Management Accounts team, Head of Operations and Directors as appropriate To liaise internally with the Financial Accounts, Compliance and Supply Chain teams as appropriate Key Knowledge/Skills Required: Relevant accountancy qualification; CIMA, ACA, ACCA part qualified or equivalent Good knowledge and experience of a variety of accounting software, advanced Microsoft Excel skills with knowledge and experience of using Microsoft Word and Outlook Strong verbal and written communication skills Good at meeting deadlines and solving problems with an ability to prioritise workloads Good analytical skills with detail orientation Benefits: 23 days holiday plus bank holidays Pension Scheme Healthcare Insurance (including cash plan scheme) Free Car Parking Frequent Social Events Flexible working arrangements available Full hour lunch break Childcare vouchers Bi-annual office parties (Summer and Christmas) Debbie Burbage Recruitment is committed to equal opportunities and diversity.
