Our client, based in the city centre, is currently recruiting an experienced Finance Analyst with strong communication skills and stakeholder management. The successful candidate will have a wealth of work experience within financial services/banking/investments and possess the initiative to drive process improvement. Ideally, you will need project management experience or have involvement in project teams with the ability to work under pressure and prioritise key deliverables. A commercial and analytical mindset is essential for this role, as is a Bachelor's Degree or equivalent (preferably in finance / accountancy). Key Accountabilities Assisting in the delivery of new funding requirements for the business Providing input into the forward planning for long term funding requirements for all divisions of the new client investments Delivering information as required to third parties linked to Debt Capital Management (DCM) activity and the implementation of new facilities (banks, investors, rating agencies, law firms, corporate service providers and other third parties) Coordinating certain activities in relation to DCM projects (e.g. new warehouses, mezzanine funding, securitisation, changes to existing funding docs) and working to ensure that these projects are delivered within the associated deadlines Project support to ensure these requirements are successfully implemented and embedded into BAU operations, liaising directly with the DCM Operations team Reviewing legal documents for new funding (e.g. warehouses, mezzanine funding, securitisation, etc.) and providing contract summaries for internal stakeholder approval of key terms and obligations Supporting the wider Finance team (in Cardiff and Uxbridge) as required to deliver the finance and business objectives To comply with and/or ensure day-to-day responsibility for the management of personal information and ensure compliance with all Data Protection Policies, both personally and by supporting their team members in their responsibilities If this sounds like a challenge that suits your skill set, please contact the team at Vargo or apply for this role attached with your CV for consideration.
