We have an exceptional opportunity for a Management Accountant to partner the OCR business unit within Cambridge Assessment. With a well-honed partnering approach, you'll proactively support the business in the delivery of their key strategic priorities. Focusing on the financial performance of our range of exam products, you'll be providing insightful analysis and inputting into the production of budgets and forecasts and wider planning processes. As the OCR Management Accountant, your work will ultimately be supporting the delivery of exams taken by thousands of students across the UK each year. Your work will really make a difference. Interested in working a not-for-profit with a commercial edge? On a day-to-day basis, your role will be varied. Regularly meeting with your budget holders to gain a thorough understanding of their priorities, you'll use that knowledge to support them in ensuring they are compliant, well informed and accurate. Your established modelling skills will be essential as you develop costing and pricing models, which support the viability assessment of the exam products and services. You'll be more than comfortable working with large, complex datasets and systems, as you create accessible and user-friendly outputs to support the budgeting, forecasting and budgetary control processes. By providing clear, accurate and timely information, you'll enable business decisions to be made. Able to analyse key trends and variances, you'll use this knowledge to advise and influence the business, helping them understand the impact of the financial performance and supporting them to achieve their financial plans. With each financial cycle, you'll be there to support your budget holders in the production of robust forecasts and budgets, being their financial partner every step of the way.
