A leading Charity in central London are seeking an Assistant Management Accountant to join them an ongoing contract basis. The successful candidate will be able to commit to at least six months with the possibility of the role being extended or being made permanent. Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
• Assisting with preparing full monthly management accounts.
• Business partnering with non-finance staff.
• Budgeting and forecasting.
• Maintaining fixed asset register, accruals and prepayments.
• Variance analysis.
• Monthly balance sheet reconciliations.
• Query resolution.
• Business partnering with non-finance staff.
• Ad hoc assisting the Finance Manager. Personal Experience:
• Experience of Access Dimensions would be advantageous but not essential.
• Experience within the charity sector is essential.
• SORP accounting standards knowledge.
• Excellent communication skills both written and verbal. Please note to be considered for this exciting opportunity the successful candidate must be immediately available to start.
