Due to the successful pitch to a number of international clients, they are now recruiting for an Account Director to develop and grow these accounts. The Account Director role will be a key strategic hire in the agency and will manage a team of Account Managers and Account Executives. The key duties for the role will be as below: Act as a key leader within the agency, supporting the Executive Management team and Client Services Director to maximize the relationship with Clients and deliver the best in class output. Drive the team to be able to develop a deeper insight into their clients, market and competitors Build and maintain excellent relationships within clients to maximize the potential opportunity within Key Accounts Manage and inspire Team members, driving their growth and expanding their career opportunities Manage full budgets to ensure the team hit annual, quarterly and monthly financial objectives Cross sell within key accounts to ensure maximum agency exposure within the core client base Work with the team to create exciting and innovative content from Pitches to delivery of ongoing campaigns to ensure the highest possible quality The Account Director role will look for the below background and skills from candidates: A proven track record within a creative Agency as an Account Manager/Account Director Ideally experienced in working within the B2B or IT focused sector Experienced in leading and growing an account portfolio A proven track record in leading and developing a team Ideally, based a commutable distance from Buckinghamshire This role will offer a competitive salary and benefits package for the right candidate.
