Breakspear Park, HP2 4TZ Department: Commercial Finance Band: 8b - £47,700 - £59,000 Job Summary and Overview of Role The Senior Commercial Finance Manager is required to report directly to the Head of Commercial Finance and is expected to operate in a senior capacity to: Provide analytical support and reporting to all levels of the business, including the Executive Team, making a significant contribution to supporting the development of new clients and opportunities and advising on the strategic direction of NHSP. Take responsibility for pricing new and existing contracts where there are opportunities for up-sell, identifying the lowest price for competitive pricing whilst maintaining company profit Lead in the financial aspects of tenders to provide cost modelling to identify correct price point Work with the bid team to get onto frameworks. Modelling scenarios and identifying the correct price points Act as commercial finance advisor to the Executive team, explaining how pricing models have been formulated, providing rationale for ensuring the modelling is adhered to, and analysing the financial viability of any new strategic developments. Lead contact in developing new financial reports to meet with new business objectives/opportunities allowing relevant parties to identify opportunities to take the business forward Manage and actively promote relationships with internal and external key stakeholders, liaising with the Senior Management and Directors to work collaboratively to improve the service offering. Ensure all framework reporting is completed on a monthly basis and all costs accrued if invoices are not received Oversee month end tasks of the finance analysts
