Financial Accountant (Enniskillen) Reed Finance is urgently recruiting for a large commercial client in Enniskillen for an experienced Financial Accountant to cover a period of maternity leave expected to last 12 months. The Role : Responsible for the preparation of weekly and monthly accounts to ensure group reporting deadlines are achieved Providing support to the operational and commercial management in order to maximise the performance of the group entity Review of monthly department costs with the relevant department managers and identification of areas of potential cost saving Reconciliation of inter-company balances Review of weekly accounts for the site ensuring that they are prepared and distributed in a timely manner Comparison of costs with other group companies Ensuring the Group's financial policies and controls are adhered to throughout the site Management of administrative staff Dealing and assisting with ad hoc projects as and when they arise Dealing with auditors and government agencies as required Criteria: Previous experience in a similar role combined with at least 3 years relevant experience as a qualified accountant Ability to demonstrate people management experience Ability to use own initiative and work to strict deadlines Excellent communication skills both written and oral Willingness to enter production to assist the understanding of production processes for accurate accounts A good working knowledge of an ERP system and Microsoft excel For more information on this opportunity, please contact Laurence Jago at Reed Finance Belfast on .
