Temp to Permanent We are currently recruiting a Purchase Ledger Assistant on a temp to permanent basis. This position is to interview and start ASAP. Main

Responsibilities:

• Maintaining purchase ledger mailbox
• Matching invoices to Purchase Order System
• Inputting purchase invoices through Sage Line 50
• Ensuring invoices posted in a timely manner & approvals received
• Ensuring postings are to correct nominal and project codes
• Supplier Reconciliations
• Dealing with supplier queries
• Filing, other adhoc duties
• Cash Book Entries
• Prepare Weekly Payment Run Sage experience preferred. Intermediate Excel skills required
