An AIM-listed services-based business that’s looking to go through PE-backing in the next 18 months is seeking a bright, commercial FP&A Analyst to join their business in a key point in their business growth trajectory whilst they go through metamorphic change.

This role is an integral role reporting directly into the Group Financial Controller. The FP&A analyst will have a broad range of responsibilities, business partnering with senior stakeholders across the business internationally, and helping to deliver the business strategy.

The key responsibilities are:

  • Oversee the restructuring of the board packs that are delivered across senior management and completely redesign how MI is delivered across the business.
  • Budgeting and forecasting.
  • Ownership of the production of MI and KPI reporting.
  • Responsibility for financial modelling and analysis.
  • Business partnering with senior key stakeholders across the business in various departments and at board-level.
  • Use data and MI analysis in order to be able to guide key business decisions.
  • Ad hoc commercial projects.

Requirements:

  • Must be ACA, ACCA or CIMA qualified.
  • Must have experience in an analytical, FP&A or business partnering role in a large group.
  • Preferably will be Russell Group educated and Big 4 trained, but by no means necessary!
