Job TitlePCA Finance Business PartnerJob DescriptionIn this role, you have the opportunity toDrive and co-manage the business portfolio and support strategic decisions for the Patient Care Analytics (PCA) unit.You are responsible forDriving financial business performance: OIT, Sales, IGM, Selex and R&DOwning and leading the strategic and operational (business / financial) planning process and performance management within the PCA organization and drives for the delivery of the committed resultsMonth end closing and analysis of the financial statementsInvolved in developing, modifying and executing company policies that affect immediate operations and may also have company-wide effectEnsuring financially sound decision-making by participating in the PCA Management TeamOwning accountability for finance services supporting management teams, including Global Business Services (GBS).Providing Financial intelligence for new business opportunities, deal structuring, Go to Market and return on investment analysisSelling expense control mechanisms and approval: detailed budget discussion and deployment with functions and MTEnsuring compliance with international and local regulations regarding financial reportingDeveloping monthly, quarterly forecasts and scenarios as well as leading the AOP and SPOR development within the category.Supporting the development of business plans to enter with new products in new markets.Proposing and support the execution of productivity improvement plansSupporting the markets with the implementation of financial/accounting practices for the software businessYou are a part ofA fast growing business working in the heart of Philips strategy to help the healthcare world to improve the quadruple aim with a very experienced and engaged team focused to deliver the best to customers.To succeed in this role, you should have the following skills and experienceMaster's degree in relevant field (Finance, Accounting, Economics)A minimum of 8 years of experience, preferable within the Software business and in an international environmentBalanced financial experience, including FP&A, Accounting & Internal Controls, and prior business decision supportStrong business orientation - ability to understand and explain business results and translate into financial consequences.Influencing, establishing relationships and strong analytical and communication skillsIn return, we offer youThe position is viewed as an exciting assignment and an ideal stepping stone towards senior roles in the organization.
