Credit Controller - Milton Keynes - c£30,000 Bonus and excellent benefits Are you an experienced Credit Controller who thrives in a fast-paced environment and wants to join a dynamic and growing business? If so, then this could be the ideal role for you Following an exciting period of growth and expansion, this specialist organisation is looking to recruit a Credit Controller to support the Finance Director and the rest of the finance team as the business continues their successful journey. The business is a world leader in its field, with a truly innovative, solutions led business and a forward-thinking approach. Your role will be support with all aspects of Accounts Receivable. You will be involved in collecting and allocate payments, customer account reconciliations, analysis of accounts for non-payment and irregularities, and to liaise with customers to resolve queries. Excellent communication skills are essential as you will be liaising with a variety of senior stakeholders and to work closely with the wider finance team and external customers . The ability to engage with, and build a rapport with these contacts, whilst constantly maintaining a professional approach, will be key to your success. About You : - Knowledge of general accounting procedures - Intermediate Excel skills and accounting software knowledge - Excellent attention to detail and accuracy - Drive and commitment to achieving targets and deadlines - Highly organised and articulate Duties include: Duties include : - Collection and allocation of payments - Liaising with Clients and internal contacts to resolve queries and reconcile accounts - Billing, invoicing, collection and reporting - Investigate and resolve payment discrepancies - Weekly and monthly age reports, analysis and ensure compliance - Reporting for accounts receivable at month end and ad-hoc reporting as required - Covering other areas within the Finance team as required. - Contribute to the development of key projects within Finance Department Is this you?
