eSift are recruiting for an exciting opportunity to work within a well-established and fast-growing private equity backed business within the retail sector. The company are experiencing considerable growth in the UK and are looking for an experienced Group Financial Controller. This is a largely autonomous role and you will play a key part in supporting the CFO throughout this period of growth.

Salary:
£55,000 - £65,000 benefits Working as part of the senior management team, you will be responsible for bringing the accounting function back in-house and you will be contributing to the design and implementation of a new reporting system from the ground up. This is a fantastic opportunity to really help guide the business through this transformation period and continually improve internal and external reporting. You will work hands on producing management and statutory financial information, design and manage the group consolidated reporting whilst contributing to the strategic developments and expansion of the group. You will also be responsible for the financial planning; three year plans, budgets and forecast models, business partnering and reporting to the board on budgets, forecasts, cashflows etc This role really is a great opportunity to help shape a fantastic business during such exciting times. For this role you will be/have; Fully qualified accountant - ACA, ACCA, CIMA Excellent knowledge of GAAP Strategically minded Experience of setting up systems and processes for monthly reporting, management information, KPI's and measures, accurate cash flows and projections around banking requirements. Technically strong to ensure accurate financial information Strong communication skills, maintaining strong relationships across the business Our client places a strong emphasis on investing in their people, enabling them to be customer focused at all times and exceeding their expectations.
