Accounts Payable Specialist - German Speaking Location - Chiswick Salary - £25-29k (Dependant on experience) I am currently representing a global business based in Chiswick Park. Due an internal promotion my client is looking for an experienced Accounts Payable Clerk to join their busy finance team on a permanent basis. This opportunity is paying between £25-29,000 dependant on experience, I am ideally looking for candidates who can start ASAP. Responsibilities of role: Responsible for supplier invoices and credit notes, code and input invoices received onto computer system Review and verify invoices from suppliers ensuring VAT and Supplier data is correctly applied Chase up outstanding/overdue invoices; request credit notes as necessary; request return of any overpayments; check and reconcile suppliers statements Weekly bank reconciliations and the posting and allocating payments from the bank statements Skills Required: Fluent in German; this is essential for this position Experience working in a high pressurised Accounts Payable Role Previous knowledge of SAP or Oracle is desirable but not essential In return you will receive a competitive salary, study support for CIMA/ACCA, modern brand new offices, experience working for a global market leader and 25 days holiday.
