Full time, permanent role based in Guildford, Surrey. 12 month probation period. Paying £50k-£70k per annum depending on skills and experience. The successful candidate must have experience of SAP, Sage and Excel. Duties: Review and adhere to budgets Ensure to work towards regulations and legislation Monitor cash flow and accounts Analyse the financial climate and assist in creating strategic plans for the future Supervise financial assistants and other employees with the day-to-day operations Prepare monthly and annual financial reports Set up new supplier accounts Match and input invoices onto SAP/Sage Reconcile supplier statements Set up new client accounts and process invoices Manage and reconcile bank accounts in multiple currencies Send payroll details to external provider Process staff salaries Prepare all time sheets for staff completion Process accruals, prepayments and depreciation Calculate and process journals Run nominal activity reports, aged debtor and aged creditor Run month end and year end processes as required on SAP/Sage Liaise and aid auditors at year end Collate data and submit claims Update and maintain time and costs sheets Other ad hoc duties as required Should your application be successful, you will be contacted shortly.
