This is a pivotal role, partnering with Operations to deliver results and enable future expansion. Role summary: Leading, coaching and developing a team of 3 direct reports Acting as an integral member of the leadership team Business partner the VP and Country Operational Managers Budgeting, forecasting and reporting Supporting the provision of analytical support to the Operations team to ensure a high standard of control and visibility of key metrics Working collaboratively across the finance team to share learnings and work consistently and leverage all P&L lines Ensuring high quality processes that can deliver accurate, timely and insightful information in key cost areas Key skills, knowledge and experience: Qualified accountant with some exposure to leading and mentoring others Strong relationship building skills and ability to deliver results as part of a team Inquisitive mindset, interested in explaining drivers behind numbers Track record of delivering to strict deadlines Flexible and proactive approach to problem solving Possesses credibility and gravitas Confident to challenge the status quo where necessary and initiate change Clear commercial awareness This is a fantastic opportunity for a bright and ambitious finance professional to join a highly sought after business with a flexible and fun culture and one that continues to post impressive profits year on year, in an increasingly competitive market.
