Are you looking to develop your finance career in one of the world's largest Research Organisations? We are one of the world's largest Market Research Agencies and we are recruiting for an Accounts Payable Executive join our Finance Team. This role reports to the Accounts Payable Manager in the accounts payable team. This is initially a 6-month fixed term contract based in London and we are looking for an excellent communicator who is keen to learn and develop in all aspects of Finance. This is the perfect opportunity to kick-start your career in Finance within a fun and supportive environment. The role This is an interesting and varied role including: Processing supplier invoices Handling employee expenses and credit card statements Processing payment runs Maintaining and reconciling petty cash Reconciling supplier statements Resolving supplier queries About you This is a hands-on role. To be a successful member of the team and gain the most out of the role, it is essential that you have the following skills and experience : Previous experience of working within a commercial environment Working knowledge of accounts payable processes / systems Ability to demonstrate a professional, confident and "can do" attitude Excellent organization and time management skills Excellent communication skills (verbal and written) Excellent IT skills, particularly Microsoft Office and good knowledge of excel What we offer Up to £20,000 per annum Fully funded ACCA or CIMA qualification Flexible working hours - including 4pm finish every Friday Company benefits (including 25 days holiday 8 days Bank Holiday and paid birthday day off, x4 salary Life Assurance plan, Contributory Pension Scheme, flexible benefits including gym membership) About us We are one of the world's largest research companies and currently the only one primarily managed by researchers.
