As part of the companies continued growth, we are looking for a Finance Manager to oversee the Accounts and Billing function of the business. Duties of the role will include; Overseeing the sales and purchase ledger month end processes. Responsibility for processing and analysing the monthly bill run. Acting as the first point of contact for customer invoice queries. Working with the Projects team to ensure new services are billed correctly first time. Producing reports from billing data to present to senior management. Assisting the Finance Director with the production of month end accounts. Acting as the escalation point for credit control matters and taking any further action deemed necessary. Ensuring the Finance Department supports the wider business with information when required. Management of 1 direct report (a part time Accounts Assistant). The successful Finance Manager will have the following skills and experience: A minimum of 3 years in a financial position. Excellent telephone and communication skills. Proven ability of working to tight deadlines. A demonstrable desire to add value in the role. Strong MS Office skills, especially in Excel. Problem solving and analytical skills along with a willingness to learn new software systems. Previous experience within the telecoms industry would be highly advantageous, although not essential. Additionally, any financial related certifications / qualifications would be advantageous. In return we offer a package consisting of: Up to £30k Basic salary (dependant o n experience/qualifications) Profit share scheme after 12 months employment Pension scheme Up to 28 days holiday (pro-rata) inclusive of bank holidays rising to 36 days with service Standard working Hours would be Mon-Fri 8.30 - 17.00.
