We are currently looking for ambitious Finance Administrators that are looking for a progressive role within Finance that grow and further develop their skills in accountancy.

Client Details

Our client is a well established, growing business based in a fantastic location in Eastbourne with easy links to public transport.

Description

  • Input of customer information into the finance system
  • Taking debit and credit card payments
  • Input cheque payments onto customer accounts
  • Setting up customers onto direct debit
  • Expenses - dealing with claims
  • Purchase ledger
  • Assist with billing analysis for corporate customers
  • Customer refunds
  • Fixed assets and depreciation
  • Answering phone calls into the department and dealing with enquiries
  • Assist with ad hoc finance tasks as required
  • Assist with the implementation of new finance system and processes

Profile

The ideal candidate will be someone who has previous finance experience that is eager to grow and progress.
