Finance Manager Job Opportunity based in Central London - Construction Fit Out Business - upto £60k
Your new company
The company is a SME fit-out business based in Central London which has seen vast growth over the past few years. The company is currently working on various projects in and around London. The company turned over £40million last year and are on target to hit £80million for this year.
Your new role
The position is a sole charge finance manager, you will be reporting directly into the owners of the company and be in a position to take full control and ownership of processes and system implementations.
The key duties with the role include:
- Taking accounts to trial balance
- CIS Returns (Sub-Contractor management)
- Cashflow Reporting
- Management Reports
- System Implementations
The company is looking to hire a junior accounts assistant in the future who will take over from the transactional duties for the role, you will be able to implement and construct SOP's for the business.
What you'll need to succeed
Previous experience working within the construction environment is essential, you will need to have experience with CIS returns and sub-contractor management as well as cashflow reporting. The role is more suited to a QBE, however you can also become qualified within the role.
