Commercial Finance Manager

I am currently working with one of the worlds foremost media publishers with a presence in both digital and print. Based in West London, this household name is at the forefront of breaking news and market leader with up to date digital content and presents a fantastic opportunity to join a fast paced, very dynamic and hugely progressive business.

Your new role
You will be responsible for a wide range of commercially focused duties including:

• Extensive business partnering to understand different departments and support appropriate KPI setting
• Competitor analysis and industry insight to support strategic decision making
• Modelling on future deals and ongoing analysis on current deals and contracts
• Strategic development of budgets, forecasts and business plans
• Management of 2 direct reports

What you'll need to succeed
You will need to have a strong academic background with a ACA qualification highly preferred. You will need to have proven experience within a commercial finance environment, ideally in a larger/listed business. You will need strong financial modelling and business partnering skills and a passion for the sector. You will also need to be an excellent communicator capable of developing strong working relationships both internally and externally.
