We are working with an independent firm of accountants based in Berkhamsted, Herts, that are looking to recruit a Manager to join their team. You will be reporting directly with a Partner, assisting in all aspects of running a client portfolio. Duties will include: - Managing a portfolio of clients, being the main point of contact. Ensuring deadlines are met and controlling WIP. - Managing and supervising small team of Junior and Semi Senior Accountants - Review and completion of accounts for sole traders, partnerships, LLP and company accounts as well as income tax and corporation tax computations. - Prepare accounts for larger clients Required skills: - ACA/ACCA qualified or equivalent - Strong communication skills and rapport building skills - Have experience of leading junior members of staff have experience of leading junior members of staff have experience of leading junior members of staff have experience of leading junior members of staff have experience of leading junior members of staff
