Credit Controller X2 - Rotherham area 8.30 to 4.30pm Monday to Thursday 4.00pm finish on Fridays and a 30 mins unpaid lunch break each day £18,000 to £20,000 25 holidays stats Money Purchase Scheme MAIN PURPOSE To manage 40 merchant credit accounts. KEY OBJECTIVES Effective and timely cash forecasting, cash collection and allocation. Effective customer query management/resolution. Effective communication with both internal and external customers. Creation of customer accounts. Liaising internally and externally with customers, predominantly regarding returns. Maintaining contact with customers to ensure invoices are clear for payment. Posting and allocating daily receipts to accounting systems. Adherence to International standard requirements in relation to Health, Safety, Quality and Environmental (including energy). To be an enthusiastic team player to happily assist the team with our daily tasks. Other ad-hoc duties as required.
