Credit Controller required for a new vacancy based in Coventry. You will be responsible for chasing outstanding debt by telephone, email and letter, proactively calling customers to ensure invoices will be paid on time according to terms. You will resolve queries by liaising with internal departments and getting to the bottom of issues, resubmitting invoices if needs be. You will assist the Credit Manager with the cash flow forecast by updating them on promises of payment or on potential bad / late payments. Other duties include setting up new accounts and monitoring credit limits. You will be an experienced Credit Controller who enjoys working as part of a team. You will be self motivated, enjoy hitting targets and have superb communication skills. My client is an interesting business based in South Coventry.
