Ambitious commercial organisation in Basingstoke seek to appoint a talented technically minded Group Accountant with strong technical (IFRS) reporting skills.

Your new role
You will play a key role in the consolidation of the monthly results including statutory reporting for a range of entities. You will review, analyse and make recommendations on the group wide management accounts in addition to supporting the budgeting and forecasting process. You will lead a small team whilst supporting a host of process improvement projects aimed at developing the overall finance function.

What you'll need to succeed
You will be a high performing accountant with preference for those trained within a leading chartered practice making that initial first move into industry or a technically astute accountant accustomed to dealing with various IFRS standards in a complex business. You will be deadline driven and bring a mindset of continuous improvement.
