I am working with an ambitious, award winning law firm looking to hire a CFO to guide them through a period of continued growth and development. This forward thinking firm offers the opportunity to join a diverse workforce following an exciting period of change to take on the number one role in the finance function, working closely with the managing partner to help support the growth and strategic plans of the firm.

Your new role
Reporting into the managing partner you will take on responsibility for the finance and operations to allow the firm to hit its goals of revenue growth. Key responsibilities include:

• Join the board and become a leading figure of the executive management committee
• Oversight and management of finance team of 20
• Work closely with the managing partner and executive board to ensure the firm's vision and strategy are achieved
• Drive financial and operational improvements across the business and department
• Continual development and appraisal of the firms strategic plan

What you'll need to succeed
You will need to be a qualified accountant with a proven background in the legal sector. You will need to have experience of managing large teams and a focus on both finance and strategic initiatives. You will be a trusted business partner to the managing partner with the ability to challenge and push back when needed and give financial insight and analysis to support key decisions.
