A growing organisation within the Public Sector are looking for an experienced Accounts Assistant to join their large finance function based in Banbury on a full-time contract for 12-24 months.

Your new role
You will be responsible for the cash receipting system which will include management, maintenance and administration. You will also be reviewing and maintaining the financial control system. Other responsibilities will include bank reconciliation and dealing with all cash enquiries as well as other ad hoc duties.

What you'll need to succeed
In order to be successful within this role you will need to have a working knowledge of cash collection and reconciliations. You will need to be an organised individual as you will be providing support to the company's internal and external auditors within a given time. You will also be confident with Microsoft Excel and Word.

What you'll get in return
You will receive a salary of up to £22,000 as well as free onsite parking and inhouse amenities.
