Your new role
As a Senior Compliance Manager/DMLRO, you will report directly into the MLRO, supporting them in the management and strategic planning for the function. Further responsibilities include:

  • Understand, own and maintain all AML operational procedures ensuring they meet legal requirements and are often updated.
  • Develop, maintain and motivate all the AML analysts providing extensive training and ensuring the highest standards are met.
  • Provide guidance to business wide teams on all AML/Compliance issues and further provide effective MI to all Senior Management.
  • Assist in the implementation of all AML/Compliance wide policies and procedures.


What you'll need to succeed
Extensive experience within AML/Financial Crime in a similar role is essential with a complete understanding of the UK regulatory environment such as JMLSG, Proceeds of Crime Act and UK Money Laundering Regulations also necessary. The successful candidate would have experience managing large teams as well as well as the ability to foster strong relationships with different areas of the business, providing strong communication on all AML and Compliance matters. A payments/FinTech/FX background is preferred.
