The team is led by the UK Head of Quality (who is a member of the Executive Board) and provides thought leadership on various quality matters including Legal and Contractual, Reputational Risk, Auditor Independence, Financial Crime and Information Governance. Due to exciting growth plans, we have a number of career opportunities within our Quality and Risk Management Team. The purpose of this role is to support the QRM team in embedding the culture of quality within Mazars. Management of Ethics Helpdesk/Ethics Log
• Manage incoming emails, recording on Ethics Log and ensuring all queries are resolved promptly
• Responding to questions from the wider firm on a variety of ethical/independence issues, requesting additional information, and/or consulting with others when required to resolve Monthly Ethics Meetings
• Arrange monthly meetings with Ethics Partner, Ethics Senior Manager and Compliance Director to review Ethics Log
• Active participant by providing status of matters recorded on log
• Draft and distribute minutes from monthly meeting with Ethics Partner, Ethics Senior Manager and Compliance Director,
• Follow up on any outstanding matters as required Intranet/Website Development
• Update Ethics intranet site as and when required
• Keep content under review to ensure up to date
• Explore ways of displaying and communicating content differently to ensure maximum effectiveness Other duties
• Provide support to team members and work with others to enhance quality
• Identify ways in which the Ethics team can improve the efficiency of it's operations, and continue to raise awareness of Ethics
• Manage your own workload in line with the department and firm's objectives

• Play an active role in the QRM team and contribute to positive morale Person Specification Logical thinker An awareness of the concept of Independence and the FRC Ethical Standard Self-sufficient with a drive to continue developing subject matter knowledge Strong communication and influencing skills, who works well within a team environment, developing and maintaining relationships within the team and wider firm Good time management and organisational skills Strong IT skills with Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint
