Property Client Accountant role based in the West End - Salary upto £45k

Your new role
You will be working in a large team and be reporting into the senior finance manager, the successful candidate needs to have an all round approach and understanding of client accounting.

The role will also include the following duties:

• Support the client accounting team with closure of year ends
• Ensuring reports follow the RICS guidelines
• Ensuring recovery of utility charges and reconciliations
• Credit control/ enable recovery of all charges
• Service charge reconciliations and budgeting

The role will allow you to develop and further your skills within the property industry and have a commercial portfolio.

What you'll need to succeed
You will need to have experience within a similar role where you are completing service charges budgets and reconciliations as well as commercial portfolio experience. Ideally you would have used Tramps however, if you have used a system such as Qube this would also be accepted.
