Description

The Bookkeeper will be responsible for the following:

• Inventory Monitoring - import, dispatch, warehouse contact, stock counts

• Sales data import to NAV, invoice matching, Debtor monitoring

• Purchases - POs, Payments, creditor monitoring

• Perform month-end balance sheet reconciliations and assist preparation of management accounts

• Quarterly VAT return preparation

• Support annual financial reporting

• Flash Sales reporting

• POC for landlord

• Managing office finances & utilities

• Expense processing & recording in NAV
