Your new role
You'll sit strategically within this team taking a financial lead on one of their most successful divisions. You'll construct and review annual budgets and proactively provide insights and interpretations to the Senior Management Team reporting into the divisions MD. You'll also have to collaborate with both internal and external stakeholder to ensure the brand's reputation and success continues to strengthen.

What you'll need to succeed
You will have a sound technical understanding from completing your ACA, ACCA or CIMA accounting qualification. You to be technically very strong with respect financial reporting in addition to having the communication skills and commerciality to understand the bigger picture. You'll have experience of working within professional services, real estate or similar industry to understand the intricacies of project and people management and be able to add value through commercial financial decision making. With a large amount of business planning and analysis, you'll also have had exposure to working across large geographies and presentation skills to assist the senior management continue the growth.
