Finance Officer (Part-time 25 hours) - Cardiff £20,000 - £25,000 Dependent on Experience

Your new organisation are a charity who give support to vulnerable people and provide cover for their carers.
Your new role
You will be responsible for a range of duties including ensuring all purchase orders are authorised and matched with supplier invoices as appropriate; raising invoices; dealing with supplier queries; bank reconciliations; preparing monthly, quarterly & annual reports; administration of income and expenditure items; maintaining fixed asset register; investigating variances and reporting on findings. You will also be required to provide ad hoc cover for other team members during times of absence.
What you'll need to succeed
You will have a minimum of two years experience in a financial environment and be able to hit the ground running. Proficiency of working with Microsoft Office packages particularly Excel with confidence using v look ups. Previous experience of preparation of management accounts and the ability to analyse results against budgets. Ideally you will have a relevant accounting qualification or be willing to gain a relevant qualification.
What you'll get in return
In return for working 25 hours a week you will receive a salary of £20,500 - £25,000 (full-time equivalent) dependent on experience.
