Our Client is a global leading financier, providing bespoke financing solutions to a range of industries including alternatives and major property developments, are seeking a Senior Accountant to join their team. The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating with JV partners and both internal and external stakeholders to form a robust financial and management reporting structure. Key Responsibilities Preparation of monthly management accounts for all SPV and JV's Maintaining JVC cash positions and development of forecasts Preparation of Statutory Accounts Assisting auditors in connection with the company accounts Management of Cash flow for company accounts Key Requirements Requirements Experience of working within the property, real estate or investment sector Understanding of preparing full sets of management accounts Qualified ACCA/CIMA/ACA Experience dealing with internal and external senior stakeholders Ability to work independently
