Develop strong relationships and work closely with the Product Business Leaders

Description
Develop a solid understanding of our business model, including income and cost drivers
Produce monthly/weekly estimates
Develop an understanding of the reporting you are producing
Develop a strong relationship and work closely with the Product Business Leaders
Fully understand our key contracts and their mechanics
Produce new ad hoc and routine value add reporting and insight to business performance
Understand the wider business and how the company generates income both front and back end
Identify cost reduction initiatives
Assist annual budget / quarterly forecast
Improve on existing reporting
Be able to operate in the BI tools effectively to deliver new reporting and improve existing cubes and dashboards
Identify profit improvement initiatives, develop a plan on how to implement it.
Being profit focused looking to ensure initiatives contribute to bottom line improvements
Understand the items all items on the balance sheet and supporting documentation
Become proficient in all Finance systems (Protas, SUN, Q&A, Oracle, Sisense etc)
Profile
Strong reporting and analysis experience
2 years of management accounting experience (subjective based accruals, audit support, budget/forecasting)
Qualified accountant (CIMA, ACCA or equivalent), with relevant degree
Tech-savvy; you will be comfortable working with multiple systems, and ideally have some experience with data modelling and BI tools
