Interim Finance Director

INTERIM FINANCE DIRECTOR REQUIRED FOR PE BACKED INSURANCE BUSINESS BASED IN CENTRAL LONDON

Your new company
Your new company is a PE backed insurance firm who have intensive growth plans over the next five years. They are currently an SME business but through acquisition and organic growth they are looking to grow exponentially.

Your new role
Reporting directly into the CFO you will be bought in to turnaround the current finance processes to allow scalability as the business growth. They need somebody technically strong who is able to set up a tight control framework as well as lead them through the audit. You will also be setting up FP&A processes including the annual budget and long term planning model, as well improve the current monthly MI reporting pack to the board. And you will also assist the CFO with due diligence on M&A activity as required.

What you'll need to succeed
You will be a Finance Director with experience working in a PE environment, ideally within insurance or a regulated environment. You will have extensive Financial Controlling and FP&A experience and have set these processes up to best practice standard, ideally in a growing SME. You will be immediately available and happy to work in a changeable environment.

What you'll get in return
You will be on an initial 3 month contract with the opportunity to extend. Ideally looking between £650-750/day dependent on experience. You will be working directly with a very impressive CFO as the company is going through a very exciting growth phase. You will have the opportunity to set processes up as you see fit and be involved in acquisitions.
