Hays Accountancy and Finance have partnered with our client in order to recruit a proactive, organised and ambitious Assistant Accountant. This is an exciting new job opportunity, where you will report into the Accountant and will be responsible for a variety of tasks that include:

Weekly bank reconciliations
Accruals and Prepayments
Reporting
Balance Sheet reconciliations
Prepare VAT return
Prepare year end schedules
Assist with audit

The successful candidate will have recent and relevant financial Accounts experience, be able to analyse and evaluate data, have intermediate to advanced Excel Skills (Pivot Tables, V look up's) and have excellent communication skills.
