Description
As the Finance Assistant you would be:
Managing the Purchase Ledger and Sales Ledger
Responsible for ensuring that purchase invoices and requests for payment are processed accurately and in a timely manner, and answer queries regarding the payment of invoices
Setting up new supplier accounts and maintain strong working relationships internally and externally with suppliers
Responsible for Bank Reconciliations
Profile
The successful candidate will:
- Have previously worked in finance or have studied a Accounting degree/AAT
- Be bright and eager to learn
- Want to drive the organisation forward to help them achieve their growth goals
Job Offer
The successful Finance Assistant will:
- Be based in Cardiff
- Received £19,000-£22,000 DOE
- 25 days holiday plus bank holidays
- Pension
- Part time hours (20-24hours)
- Be on a 9-12 month contract
