Description
Key Responsibilities:
- Analyse weekly takings.
- Prepare and issue weekly sales report for weekly and monthly reports.
- To prepare quarterly report.
- To prepare detailed reports.
- To analyse weekly takings.
- Accounting and reporting of revenue share income and assets.
- Raise invoices for rentals and certain revenue shares.
- Prepare reconciliations and post the relating journals.
- Prepare and reconcile inventory reports.
- Investigate production variances.
- Maintenance and control of the fixed asset register.
- Liaise with other departments.
- Assist the managemetn with preparation of monthly, quarterly and annual accounts reporting schedules.
- Any other ad hoc duties as required.
Profile
Successful Candidate:
- Strong communication skills - both written & verbal.
- Strong excel skills.
- Ability to prioritise.
