Role Summary:

Over your 12-month internship you'll work in a Finance business environment gaining invaluable skills and experience. The opportunities available will cover all areas of finance from financial planning and analysis to order execution. You could be preparing key reports, analysing data, working on simplification projects, reviewing assets or supporting the preparation of quarter end accounts.

Essential Responsibilities:

You will be guided by structured goals and objectives and will have responsibility to deliver on inspiring projects. We will support you throughout the year to ensure you make the best of your GE experience. Your manager will offer coaching and mentoring, and the Company will provide the opportunity to connect with other interns across the UK.

All internships are available to penultimate/final year students and will start between June to August 2020, for a duration of 12 months.

We currently have internship opportunities with Aviation in Cardiff (Wales), Cheltenham (Gloucestershire), Feltham (Heathrow), Hamble (Southampton) and Prestwick (Scotland). If your preferred location is not currently shown, we would still encourage you to apply, as new locations may become available.

The selection stages include online assessments, video interview and a final round interview.

Qualifications/Requirements:

• Currently studying towards a Finance-related degree – penultimate/final year
• Keen interest in Finance
• Able to take ownership for projects and work to time limits
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Analytical and problem-solving skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office
• Able to work as part of a team
