Permanent; full or part time
Swansea
£18.5 - 20K

My client is currently looking for a Finance Assistant to join them on a permanent basis in their Swansea site

You will be working as a key component of this team; processing financial information to ensuring the smooth running of the finance function.
Your duties will include;

  • Bank reconciliations
  • Processing purchase ledger invoices & paying suppliers promptly
  • Raising sales ledger invoices and recording receipts
  • Credit control

You will need a strong background in Finance and exposure to computerised accounting systems......Sage in particular. It would be advantageous if you have good payroll knowledge but this can be learned on the job; a great chance for someone who has always wanted an intro to payroll! This job would be ideal for an AAT or ACCA studier, but would equally suit an experienced candidate without professional qualification.
