An exciting opportunity to join a growing building sub-contractor based in Ilkeston. The organisation have been a part of a number of renowned projects across Derby and the whole of the UK alongside partnering with some large names in the industry. Due to rapid growth, they are now looking for a finance / office manager to join them on a permanent basis.
Your new role
This role will involve working closely with the two directors managing all aspects of finance for the organisation, before being sent off to an external accountant. You will also cover aspects of HR and liaise with employees within the organisation. This is an opportunity to join a company that offers chance of excellent progression. Training will be provided wherever necessary and there are opportunities to move into branches of Quantity surveying and operations management if this is something you are interested in.
What you'll need to succeed
A strong background in construction will be extremely helpful in this role, you should be confident in all round accounts and have the ability to work with people and liaise with both clients and employees. The successful candidate will be ambitious and passionate about the construction industry with a drive to go further.
