Hays are currently working on a role with a household organisation. They are seeking a Finance Analyst to join their finance team, as a first time mover from practice.

Your new role
In your new role, you will be a key member of the financial reporting function. This will include but not be limited to creating financial reports, budget and forecasting, balance sheet reconciliations, month end processes and key analysis at month end.

What you'll need to succeed
In order to be successful you will be a qualified accountant looking for your first move out of practice. You will be driven and keen to progress, with the ability to work within a fast paced environment.

What you'll get in return
In return you will receive the opportunity to work within a progressive organisation. You will also receive a salary of between £40,000 - £45,000, as well as a number of other benefits.
