Credit Control Administrator, Glasgow City Centre (Free Parking), Mon - Fri 9am - 5pm (flex), £18k - £20k
Your new company
Based in Glasgow City Centre, my client is seeking a credit control administrator to support the credit control team. The hours of work are Monday - Friday 9am - 5pm, however the organisation offers a degree of flexible working, and there is free onsite parking available.
Your new role
Reporting into the Credit Team Leader, you will be responsible for duties including;
- Processing of customer credits
- To ensure all inter-company charges are processed
- Responsible for shared mailboxes
- Assisting national accounts team where needed
- Uploading sales invoices to clients portals
What you'll need to succeed
You will be a proactive and resilient member of the transactional team, as well as have the ability to work under pressure in a demanding environment. You will also have exposure to accounts receivable processing and be a competent user of Excel.
What you'll get in return
You will be offered an annualised salary of £18,000 - £20,000 per annum, depending on experience, as well as a competitive benefits package.
