This Senior SOx Analyst role is with a large global professional services business, headquarter in USA with a large office in Coventry, who are one of the key players in their market. They use a mixture of creativity & innovation alongside excellent use of technology & strategy to add real value to their clients and generate a genuine return on investment for the service they provide.

Your new role
You will be responsible for supporting the global strategic SOx plan to ensure on-going compliance with the Sarbanes-Oxley act across all of the businesses operations. In addition to the documentation, testing and improvements of controls, you will be liaising with senior stakeholders to communicate expectations as well as keeping them informed of testing progress and findings. You will also be engaging directly with process owners to support the continuous improvement in all areas of internal controls.

What you'll need to succeed
You must be a qualified accountant (ACA/ACCA). Candidates making their first move from Big 4 practice will be considered. Recent and relevant SOx experience is essential.

What you'll get in return
£50,000-£55,000 (depending on experience)
