Brand new Credit Controller job vacancy at a London Hotel group based in Mayfair. This hotel chain is looking for an experienced credit controller to join their growing finance team. This role will be based at their flagship hotel in Mayfair

Your new role
Your new job will be a full time, permanent position covering all aspects of the hotels credit control as well as dealing with travel agency commissions. The role will be a sole charge position for which you will be responsible for credit control covering 2 sites.

Your duties will include:

• To investigating customers credit worthiness and to recommend credit approval or disapproval to management
• To ensure the accuracy of all charges and credits posted to the individual accounts and verify the accuracy of balances of Accounts Receivable
• Posting and allocating accurately all BAC's and cheque receipts.
• Posting and allocating accurately all credit card payments
• Reconciling both bank and statement accounts
• Invoicing clients accurately and in a timely manner
• To chase and collected all outstanding debt
• Various financial reporting

What you'll need to succeed
Only apply if you have 1 years+ experience working with Opera accounting software - Only applicants with the relevant experience will be considered.

You must have a minimum of 1 years Hotel Credit Control experience and have dealt with TA Commissions. You will need to have excellent communication skills, a keen eye for detail and good excel skill. Ideally short notice is preferred but not essential
