A well established business, market leaders in their chosen field, are recruiting an Accounts Assistant to join their team.
You will have knowledge of working in a Purchase Ledger role, and assist with the effective running the the accounts function.
As an Accounts Assistant, you will report into the Finance Manager, responsible for assisting with the efficient running of the accounts function.
Responsibilities will include, but are not limited to: receipting and logging purchase invoices; monthly statement reconciliations; receiving and reconciling GRNs; raising invoices; daily and weekly reporting; respond to and resolving queries; banking; petty cash.
The successful candidate will:
- Have excellent verbal and written communication skills - Essential
- Have strong IT skills, particularly MS Excel - Essential
- Have knowledge of working in a finance role - Essential
