The accounts payable clerk will play an important role within the accountancy team for my client.
Client Details
My client a well known company within their industry. Are looking for an Accounts Payable Clerk to join their busy and growing accountancy team. Based in Crawley.
Description
The day to day duties for the Accounts Payable Clerk:
To record, reconcile and issue expense claims and payments.
Setting up new supplier accounts/updating supplier records if details change.
To maintain the Purchase Ledger including checking received invoices for accuracy, matching invoices against purchase orders and receipt of goods.
- To provide support with finance reporting as required.
To assist with the preparation of monthly VAT returns.
Assisting with month end duties including balance sheet reconciliation and accruals.
Profile
The successful candidate shall have experience as an Accounts Payable Clerk and be able to travel too Crawley.
Job Offer
Salary- £20,000- £23,000
