Assistant Manager

Overview

We are looking for qualified, experienced, enthusiastic candidates to join as Assistant Manager in the Year End Department at GI Infotech Limited

Responsibilities / KRA:

• Responsible for accounts preparation & finalization in accordance with UK GAAP for UK
• clients
• Manage the team, work allocation, query resolving, training members, improve team
• efficiency and performance and maintain a good & positive working environment in the
• team.
• Preparing the planning for the required time to complete the job/accounts.
• Responsible for preparing various weekly & monthly job related repots in coordination
• with Manager
• Would be handling UK year end Accounts i.e. (P&L Accounts, Ledger Scrutiny, Balance
• sheet & Finalization of accounts)
• Communicate with client through calls, e-mails & Skype to resolve accounting queries

Skills Required:

• Prior experience in UK accounting is preferable
• Inter CA/Commerce Graduate with 4+ years’ experience in accounts preparation with
• finalization knowledge.
• Well versed with accounting standards
• Small size (3-4 ppl) team handling experience
• Good communication skills (Written and Verbal)
• Good knowledge of MS Office (Excel)
• Ability to work under pressure and handle & motivate team
• Candidate pursuing CA Inter or CA Final is not preferred
• CIMA Fully Qualified Student can apply

Educational Qualification:

• B. Com / BAF / BBA / BMS / CA Inter
• CIMA Qualified
