This is a Start up Retailer based in Victoria SW1, London. They are looking for a Bookkeeper to assist their Finance Director during a busy year end and audit period. This is a small office with 9 members of staff.
Your new role
As a bookkeeper you will be responsible for maintaining the record of financial information via accounts payable and accounts receivable. You will also assist with the collating financial data for the monthly management accounts to include accruals, prepayments, journals and depreciation. You will work directly with the Finance Director.
What you'll need to succeed
You will need experience of bookkeeping to trail balance as well as managing monthly accounts. You must be self-motivated, with exceptional time management and a meticulous eye for detail. A working understanding of Excel and Sage would be beneficial.
